Matthew Morris began his career in the entertainment industry booking comedians for regional venues before joining Paramount in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he managed live events while simultaneously developing and guiding emerging musical artists. Driven by a passion for storytelling, he transitioned into film and television production, accumulating dozens of credits across feature films, national and regional commercials, and episodic television.

 

In 2014, Matthew founded Pinyon Pictures, a studio dedicated to the development, production, and strategic advisory of feature films and television. Under his leadership, the company has advanced a dynamic slate of projects, including the partially financed supernatural thriller The Entity Case and the horror-comedy Click Like to Die. He is actively developing the supernatural thriller The Sleeping House, the psychological thrillers Fear of Glass and The Shadow Between Us, and the action-comedy Fleetwood & DeVille, with legendary filmmaker George Gallo attached to direct. Matthew is also producing the college-basketball-driven drama Late in the Season, the family sports drama Batboy, the coming-of-age drama Girlie, and faith-based, inspirational biopic Finding Normal, slated for production in March 2026 staring Kellan Lutz. His genre-driven slate includes the FBI action-thriller Alabama Bunker with Ann Marie Sanderlin Co-Producing; the paranormal thriller The Caregivers, with Writer-Producer / Director Joy Kecken attached to Direct; and sci-fi thriller The Wardenclyffe, based on the novella by New York Times bestselling author F. Paul Wilson. For television, Matthew is developing multiple original series, including the true-crime dramas Techwood and Catcher-Catcher; the FBI action-drama HRT: Hostage Rescue Team.

 

In addition to his producing work, Matthew consults across the entertainment landscape, advising clients on development, packaging, structured finance, casting, and distribution strategies across genres, formats, and budget tiers. Though frequently in Los Angeles, Matthew lives in Charleston, South Carolina, and remains a lifelong fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Falcons, and Atlanta Braves.

CRISTINA COLUCCI

PRODUCER    PROJECT DEVELOPMENT   CONSULTANT 

Cristina Nicole Colucci is a seasoned producer and passionate cinephile whose love for film began after watching JAWS as a child. A graduate of the Los Angeles Film School with advanced studies from UCLA, Cristina launched her career at Warner Bros., where she quickly rose through the ranks producing high-impact content for DC Comics and earning a Telly Award along the way.
 

While also a finishing producer at Picture Head, Cristina has shaped major trailers for Marvel and Disney, including Deadpool 3and Agatha All Along, earning a reputation as a creative force in film marketing. Joining Pinyon Pictures Cristina brings her deep industry experience to craft bold, impactful stories that blend artistic vision with commercial success.
